*How do I reserve my wedding date?
After touring with our sales team and falling in love with the venue, secure your special day with a $1,000 booking fee and a signed contract!
*How can we customize the venue?
We offer a wide array of exclusive enhancements, at an additional cost, that truly make each wedding unique and one of a kind! The various decor and enhancements include, but are not limited to: ceiling decor, customizable backdrops, and table scape options.
Many of our clients love to provide a photobooth on their special day! We work exclusively with FotoFunSpot!
*Can we bring in our own centerpieces and decor?
Yes, of course! By collaborating with a local florist or taking a DIY approach, your options are endless.
All personal decor must have approval in writing by A View Venues before it is allowed to enter the event space. Please ask our decor team for a list of exclusive A View items and vendors!
*When can we set up and tear down?
The venue opens at noon on the wedding day for vendors and clients. Depending on our event schedule, early set up or drop off (the week of your wedding) can be scheduled at your final meeting.
All personal items need to be removed from the premises by the end of your rental time.
*Can we use our own caterer?
We have an exclusive list of catering partners, who offer a wide variety of cuisines and pricing.

Outside catering services are allowed if the caterer is licensed, insured, provides service staff and is able to follow our required guidelines. There is a $1,500 outside catering fee.

Yes! All desserts must come from a licensed baker or caterer.
*Can we bring in our own alcohol?
No. Our liquor license does not allow outside alcohol and it is strictly prohibited.

*What does the planning process look like?
Once you have reserved a date with our sales team, you will receive onboarding instructions to begin planning your special day with our decor team!From there, you will have three mandatory meetings with your decor team to personalize and plan your wedding.
On your wedding day, you’ll have one of our skilled day of coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can relax and enjoy the start of your married life in bliss!
*What does the payment plan look like?
After your $1,000 booking fee, we take four payment installments of your remaining balance. The payment due dates will be listed in your contract and planning portal.
What are my music options?

We welcome live bands with proper insurance. At A View in Fontenelle Hills, we are exclusive with Chaos Productions for DJ services. Their service is $1,095 for A View clients.
Once you have a date reserved, you have already crossed off reserving your DJ!
*Payment for Chaos Production services is not included in our pricing and would go directly to Chaos Production themselves

We welcome live bands and DJs with proper insurance. A View Venues does not provide sound or sound equipment; this would be the sole responsibility of your selected band or DJ.

Is there sales tax and/or a service charge? What does it cover?
A View on State
A 21% service charge will be applied to the entire invoice. This covers additional staffing and equipment needed to successfully execute your event. The beverage package and any rental enhancements will be subject to a 5.5% sales tax.

Yes! However, each space was thoughtfully designed to have its own restrooms, entrances, outdoor spaces, bridal suites, bars, and catering kitchens to make each event completely separate.
