Planning an event at A View Venues? You’re in the right place. We’ve gathered the most common questions about our corporate events—from rentals and tastings to AV setups and guest counts—so you can get the details you need, fast.

Is there a venue rental?

If you are over 75 guests, there is no additional rental fee on top of your per person package. The amount of space needed per your guest count will be included. If additional rooms are required, there will be a rental rate for extra spaces. If your guest count is under 75, there will be a room rental of $750.

Are tastings available?

Yes, tastings are available for the Emerald and Platinum buffet and plated menus with A Catered Affair. Salted Edge also offers tastings on their custom menus. Tastings must be scheduled 60 days or more before the event date and are subject to caterer availability. Additional fees may apply.

Can I customize my menu options outside of the standard menu?

Absolutely!

Are we able to get adult beverage donations?

Yes, we welcome donations and additional fees may be applied.

Do you have WiFi available and is it free?

Yes, and it is free!

How late can I update my guest count?

Until 10 days prior to the event. Additional fees may be applied for guests added after 10 days.

Can I use my own AV Company?

A View Venues does not have any audio equipment in house. Projector screens are included at both A View on State and A View West Shores. We partner Stratum Productions who will create a customized package based on your event needs. 

What seating options are available?

We can host round, half round, classroom or theater style seating.
