A View on State was custom built specifically for weddings of all sizes and styles! It offers one of the only covered ceremony spaces in the area. Surrounded by lush trees in North West Omaha, this venue is the ideal location for your wedding. From the impeccably stained concrete floors perfect for dancing the night away, to the custom designed Chameleon chairs, the touch of industrialism in this sophisticated venue will set the scene for your special day to be nothing short of spectacular.

Quality service starts from your first interaction with us, all the way to your last dance. We have a team of amazing management that help you plan, design and create your dream wedding. With unlimited meetings, you will find that we offer a stress free and easy planning process. On your wedding day, one of our skilled day of event coordinators will ensure all aspects of your wedding day is running smoothly. This coordinator acts as the thread that holds all the details and aspects of your unique day together so you, your fiance and family can relax and enjoy your perfect wedding day.

A View Venues requires a beverage package to be purchased in addition to the rental.
All beverages must be provided through A View Venues.

Questions We Love to Answer

Can we use our own caterer?

We have a wonderful list of caterers that have been vetted & work with us frequently! A few options
worth taking a look at first include: A Catered Affair, Attitude on Food, Patricia Catering, Pleasure Your Palate,
Hy-Vee on 156th & Maple and Luigi's Italian Restaurant. However, you are welcome to use an outside caterering
service so long as they are licensed and insured with an adequate staff for a $1,500 fee.

Can we bring in our own desserts?

Yes. All desserts must come from a licensed baker or caterer.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No, our liquor license does not allow outside alcohol therefore it is strictly prohibited at all of our locations.
However, our bar packages are sure to satisfy! Checkout our beverage package brochure for more information
& a list of what we have to offer. Don't see your favorites? Ask about a custom order!
( Please note: our bars are cash only but ATMs are available in every event space)

How do I reserve my wedding/event date?

A booking fee of $1,000 is required to hold your date & is applied to your invoice. You will have to
sign a contract as well. Once the contract is signed, you will have to start making payments towards the
remainder of the balance on your invoice in 4 installments. Final payment is due 10 days before your event.

Is there sales tax and/or service charge? What does it cover?

Yes, there is sales tax and a 20% service charge of the entire invoice. This covers all the staffing and
equipment required/needed to sucessfully put on your event.

How can we customize the venue?

We offer a wide range of exclusive enhancements that truly make each event unique! You will even have
the chance to work directly with our decor team to arrange the layout of your space. Our various decor & addons
include but are not limited to: elegant ceiling decor, fun backdrops and tasty snack stations. Want to capture the
memories with a photobooth? Our partenered vendor, FotoFunSpot, can make that happen, too!

Can we bring in our own centerpieces & decor?

Yes, of course! Please keep in mind that we do require that all brought in decor is removed from the
event space by the end of the event & that there is absolutely no flames of any kind. All decor items brought
in must have approval in writing by A View Venues before entering the event space.

What are my music options?

We welcome live bands at all of our locations! As well as any DJ at our West Shores and State locations
as long as the necessary paperwork is on file at least 30 days beftore your event. When it comes to the venue
at Fontenelle Hills we are exclusive with Chaos Productions.

Are all of your venue locations handicap accessible?

Yes, of course!

Do you have parking?

Not only do we have parking, but it is free! We also allow personal vehicles to be left overnight. Trailers and RVs are strictly prohibited from being left behind after the event.

What if I'd need more than one room to accommodate my guest count?

A View West Shores & A View on State have the ability to combine rooms for more guests & space.
Inquire for multi-room pricing!

Can there be multiple events happening on the same day?

Yes! However, each space is designed to have it's own restrooms, entrances, outdoor spaces and bars making each event separate. A View in Fontenelle Hills hosts one event per day.

 

Ceremony Times

4:00 | 5:00 | 6:30*

Fontenelle Hills has flexible ceremony + reception timeline options. Events can go all night until midnight at the latest.

*Our 6:30 ceremony time slot at our State & West Shore locations have the flexibility to run a reverse wedding timeline. Ask your coordinator about the new cocktail hour before ceremony option!

What does the planning process look like?

Once you've booked with our sales team, it will begin with your 12 month check-in with your decor coordinator. Following that, you will have an 8 month meeting, 3 month meeting, and then a final meeting. You'll have access to unlimited meetings with our decor team to make your dream wedding a reality! On your wedding day, you'll have one of our skilled day of coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can relax & enjoy the start of your married life in bliss!
